The visit was very thorough! I really appreciate the scope of the testing as well as the follow up visit. Dr. Cherry took her time to go over the results with me and explained what all the tests indicated. Dr Cherry is always responsive to any questions and does an excellent job on following through on any questions or needs. I have been a patient of hers for 17 years. The MDVIP annual exam was very very thorough and Dr. Cherry spent as much time as needed to explain the results to me and answer my questions.
I have been told that LONG AGO, she was a very good doc. Unfortunately, she had a family tragedy and has not had her head in the game since. She was both of my parents' primary care doc for many years. She would not return calls and had you FAX her when you wanted to communicate (yes, this was 2022! FAX?!) - no email system, mychart, etc. While my mother steadily declined and made MANY efforts to reach her (my mom documented everything), she turned her back on her... even though they were paying her monthly as a Concierge Do... read more
Dr Cherry was timely, thorough and took all the time I needed to ask questions.
Should not be able to practice medicine lousy doctor
Dr Cherry has been our Dr for at least 25 years. She is a little withdrawn at first but she gets better as you get to know her.
I had my first visit with Dr. Cherry today and I thought it went well. She didn't appear rushed and yet it's hard to gauge anything at this point because it was just a well-woman visit, there were no medical issues so I don't know how she would handle them. Based on today, however, I will be seeing her again, hopefully just for the annual well-woman visit a year from now. I wasn't happy about learning about the $150 annual fee when I arrived at the office.
She rushes through my appointments, I feel uncomfortable, like she can't wait to finish with me. Humorless and unsympathetic. I once showed her a list of symptoms I was experiencing because I often have trouble remembering them. She glanced and commented that it would take another 6 appointments to get through a list of about 8 items. If blood tests and exrays don't indicate an issue, she doesn't pursue answers to symptoms. She refused to refer me to a specialist when I requested it.
I am so excited that I found Dr. Cherry. Her office staff is friendly and professional and she is an amazing doctor. She took time to let me ask all of the questions I needed to ask of a new doctor. She is professional, kind and patient. Her office called back the next day with test results. I am very impressed with her professionalism. I'm happy to call her my new doctor!
