not as bad as they say – so what there are kids. we were kids to. get over it. and the noises from other apts guess what its an older community its expected if you wanna live here. management is nice they even remind you when rent is due and the total amount to be paid. they politly listen to your concerns. its not the noise you have to worry about. its the jerks who complain about you when you arnt doing any thing wrong. legally curfew here is 10-6 m-f and 11-6 sat and sun. if music and playing happens between those hours t... read more

This Is A Horrible Place To Live! – This place is ROACH INFESTED!!!!!! Twice there have been mice in the apartment. Initially, the lady in the office told me the mice were not their problem to get rid of them. Every other day, I have to kill 6 plus roaches. I can not stand to put black pepper on my food, because it reminds me of the little baby roaches I see. I feel like I am eating a roach. The worst place I have ever live in. – Noisy, Ugly, Poor. The structure is bad. You can hear even other apartments noises. There is a Fire department close so get use to the woooooooo....ooooo There is not rules at all... People play music all day long loudly. The parking area is a daily auto body public repairation place. Get use to deal with dirtness. The neighbors do not respect. The noise from chlidren playing until midnight is unbelievable.
