Do not use this company. LOs do not get back to you in a time manner, no escalation process to get help. They have no process for their pre-approval.
I recently worked with Brad and his team on a mortgage refinance. Its not the best time, but my situation required it. Brad, Travis and Kristine were great to work. They were all very responsive with my questions and gave me detailed explanations. This is the 2nd time that I have worked with Brad and will go back to him for any future needs!
