Beyond crappy service. Always rotating dentists, over charge for everything and the phone service is very unprofessional. I recently moved and did not receive an outstanding bill, for a service that was denied by my coverage. They sent me collections - I would not send anyone to this location. I sued the owner of this dental office (Nicole Smith) for malpractice and for violating and neglecting the standard of care. Their negligence resulted in injury to which then also resulted in significant harm to me that lasted for more than 5 months! They were supposed to call me back about setting up an appointment for my daughter, “they never called back”. I stressed to the secretary to please call me back but she never did. Worst customer service.
RecommendedJefferey and Bernadette were amazing! Our daughter has been coming here for at least 2 years now and they make the dental experience fun for the kids. Crazy thing my daughter has a lose tooth and was actually excited to come have them help!
