Read The Contract Very Carefully! This is a beautiful place. It has a great coordinator (Holly). It's too bad she isn't running the place. Advice: Read the contract VERY carefully (especially the part where you are responsible for ALL damage) even though the public (mainly from the marina to the east) can and did access the facility during our ceremony. If something does get damaged during your ceremony, do not expect a phone call or any explanation. Expect a photo and a bill. ;-)
Nice Venue, but owner has NO idea about customer service! Sad to say, but I will never recommend this venue! The owner is one of those people who cannot simply apologize. She continually makes excuses for everything. Her excuse is equal to saying something like, "I am sorry you tripped over MY foot and hurt yourself." It's not sincere, she tags it with an excuse.
