RecommendedEveryone at Cherry Creek Family Dental is amazing. From the moment you make an appointment, to checking in, and through the whole appointment. I’ve been a patient there for 5+ years. I unfortunately had a horrible previous experience with an oral surgeon that caused nerve damage in my mouth which resulted in me not seeing a dentist for 10+ years. Worked on me without discussing any info and then left out details about their cancellation Policy for appointments !! First time trying out a new dentists non-recommendation based and highly advise you to make sure you know what’s going on before you sign anything or receive treatment !! Said numerous attempts at contacting me have been made , but fairly sure every time I received a call there was silence and a hang up, and have receive no billing in the mail.. seems suspicious and schemed to me
~~~ BAD BAD BAD. ~~~ Receptionist unable to Properly spell my name , let alone propperly reach and bull my insurance provider .. now I’m stuck with a bill and late fee , even though I was never properly contacted . RecommendedI’ve had several consults for dental implants and other dental procedures and I feel that Cherry creek had the most knowledgeable and friendly staff! Dr. Arguello was thorough and precise with every detail an option available to me! 😁 The front staff and Brooke Garcia were also very knowledgeable and helpful!
