This is honestly the WORST customer service I've ever received from a car dealership. I mean literally, the day after I bought the car it was poor customer service. It started with me coming the day after to get my tank filled with fuel. Well, they didn't do that. It's been very hard to get a call back from the dealership when I need something. Plus, over-all I just feel I was taken advantage of with the deal. They were VERY nice before I signed the paper work, I'll give them that, which is why I'm going from 1 star to 2
I just leased a Chevrolet Tahoe from Cherry Creek Chevrolet. I have owned 3 prior and was excited to see all of the new additions the Tahoe has to offer. I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had dealing with purchasing a car. The car is beautiful and it was a pleasure working with Greg Wing and his staff!
I have had three occasions to have a couple of my Chevrolets serviced at Cherry Creek Chevrolet over the past 3 weeks. I hadn't used the dealership since it transferred from an Elway dealership. The Service department treated me very well. In particular Geoff was great. He explained everything, let me know my options and was very proactive in communicating with me during the course of the repairs.
