Since Dec 3rd, 2022 the AC unit has been broken. It appears that power supply was cut/damaged and the property manager is refusing to fix the unit. Additionally, there is a leak under the carpet from the hallway to the living room, which again the property manager is refusing to address. The leak has persisted even before the AC unit went out, but since that time, it appears to have gotten worse. We suspect there may be mold under the carpet, especially with the lack of an AC unit. They never gave me my money back and I never slept in the apartment or accommodated me the just kicked me out.
We've went almost two months without hot water from November to December. Make several notices about the issue. Even tried talking to the property manager and left my contact info for a call back numerous time but he never called back. His leasing agents are severely unprofessional and are not very helpful. We boiled water constantly for cleaning and bathing. They were suppose to discount the rent for both months but only took of 100 for December. Also I moved in with my younger brother in August 2016. I've been living here for a year and just renewed my lease like a complete idiot. I cannot WAIT until my lease is OVER!!! It's such a shame!! I'm pregnant and I can't get ANYONE to come and fix ANYTHING that's wrong in my apartment for DAYS now. I've called and called. They probably recognize my number because they would answer and hang up and then not answer when I call back. I even drove up there and talked to the manager.
