I've been a tenant at this property for almost five years, and I must say, I am grateful to have lived here. This property is peaceful, community oriented, safe, private and in one of the best neighborhoods in Denver. Huge thank you to all of the staff for their professionalism, diligence, and warmth they bring to this property. If you are thinking of moving here, please do. You'll love it!
No building cleaners, no trash, no building maintance, no response from management. Shitty paying more rent for less amenities
New ownership is horrendous. Jacked up peoples rents by 100% to people who've been living in the area for a decade. They've raised rent on all apartments even if they're not renovated. Landscaping looks horrendous and is overgrown with weeds. On top of this there are no amenities, no central air or heating, no recycling, and the people that keep moving in park in front of the dumpster or turn the parking lots into an auto garage. Used to be a great location but for the price it's not anywhere worth it.
This property exceeds expectations! I do not know where to start. The entire property has been beautifully renovated both inside & out. The location is private, peaceful, quiet, safe. Tucked away, yet conveniently located. And the staff, prompt & competent maintenance & best of all is management, Jenny is by far the best property manager in Colorado. I could go on and on, but you get the idea. This is Denver's best kept secret & now you know!
