This is probably one of the worst apartments you could live in. It's pricey and with crappy management. We moved in December of 2023, and when we asked about management, the fellow neighbors laughed and said some few choice words on how they poorly managed. we were missing every closet door, a fire alarm, drain stoppers. It's difficult to get maintenance request completed. Promises are made and then forgotten. It took over a year to replace my stove after I had a kitchen fire. I was promised to have my carpets cleaned after we received flooding from the 4th floor. Still no carpets have been cleaned.
