As a business you at the very least should call your customer and notify them of any sudden cancellations, not just cancel without word-especially when it’s a new customer. This place is great my husband was a walk in he got right in . Hair cut and beard trim was great very friendly he got what he wanted well definitely go back and recommend to everyone thanks guys
Horrible customer service, didn't even say anything to us when we walked in then waved at us when we left.
