This happened back in January, and I originally planned to let it go. But after thinking about it for months, I decided I should leave a review because I genuinely want to warn other people about my experience. I went in to have my XL acrylic nails removed. They had gems on every finger, so I knew they would take some time to remove. Instead of properly drilling down the acrylic and soaking it off, the nail tech immediately started prying my nails off. This place is pretty good! They do a good job and the prices are not bad. I am able to usually walk in and don’t have to make an appointment. My only complaint is that they do not take off their gloves after handling customer’s feet when answering the phone, writing down appointments, or giving a small back massage. It’s very unsanitary.
Love this spot for my nails.
