I have a lot of good things to say about this apartment and the leasing manager Natalie. Natalie is super helpful and friendly, making the move in and out is so smoothly for me. The move out is very transparent and easy. I did not get overcharged for anything and get partial of my deposit back. The maintenance services is also very prompt. Yes, the apartment building is a bit old and sometimes you can hear your neighbor next door, but my neighbors are pretty quiet, you got a patio and it’s single floored.
