ive tried contacting these apartments for the past two months. Ive called and no answer or return calls. Office hours are from 6pm to 8pm and that is ridiculous. I went out there numerous of times and the office is always closed. The managers are very unproffesional and lazy. I need to know who re the owners of the complex because this service is poor.
The apartments are nice and spacious, but I wish the managers would be more professional. The managers are NEVER in their office from 12 - 2 which are the office hours. They don't know how to repair anything and as of today, I'm trying to get approval from them to have a satellite installed and she said I would be evicted. There are several tenants with satellite's, INCLUDING, the manager, but I will be evicted for installing one. They are bogus and living in a free apartment.
