Stay away at all costs!! This man either has no idea what he is doing or is being paid to give false information. Either way he should lose his license. He looked at a roof that was 10 MONTHS old and said it was 5-8 YEARS old. He looked at a sump pump and back up battery that was BRAND NEW and said it needed replaced. He noted that a gutter was clogged up but in reality he didn’t even climb on a ladder to look in it. I have used Tony for 3 inspections and my father in law once as well. He is very thorough and doesn’t rush through the job. The report and pictures we receive afterwards are so detailed and helpful. I recommend Tony any chance I get. He was originally recommended to me by my realtor when purchasing my first home.
