Somethings not right w this company. Beware!
Could not be more pleased with my experience with Tony. He was extremely thorough in his work and explaining the report. Tony was so easy to ask questions to throughout explaining the report and willing to answer questions thought of after. Tony did an outstanding job with his inspection! He was incredibly thorough and the report he gave us the very next morning showed just how dedicated he was. He took his time during the house inspection, and I have to say, I was really impressed. I noticed that Tony really listened to the feedback from previous customers, as he took off his outdoor shoes and put on clean ones before coming inside. Tony Was fantastic! Thorough, quick, timely, clear, he explained where he had concerns and then still emailed them all in a tidy email shortly after the visit. He came within a few days and exactly when he said he'd be there. He explained what things needed addressed quickly and even what could wait. He covered more than I ever expected and I GENUINELY recommend him!
My realtor scheduled Cherp for our home inspection and he missed the fact that the home had a complete blockage of the main sewer line from concrete being poured down the line!! How do you not run enough water to see that? Now my seller is pushing off responsibility on me because this wasn’t found prior to us closing!
