DO NOT RECOMMEND… Office has changed in last 18 months constantly overcharged or bill incorrectly. Office doesn’t have enough Hygienists working and has canceled 3 out of my last for appointments. They offer no solutions other than to go to another Dentist. Save yourself the aggravation and don’t go here. Zero stars wasn’t an option
On 08.04.2021, I went in for my 1pm appointment with Dr. John Justus for an extraction. I waited in the lobby for 45-50 minutes. I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she said 10-15 minutes. I sat back down then decided to go to Wells Fargo in Southlands which is less than 2 minutes from the dental office. I told the receptionist I was going to Wells Fargo in Southlands. I have a time-stamped receipt that has 2:09pm. I arrived back to the office still waiting.
