We have been to parks like this all over and this is one of the very best! We had a blast. Go early and enjoy! Take your time. The animals and the park are beautiful and you will make new friends.
Wonderful day trip! We drove 2 hours to get to Cherokee Trace and it was definitely worth the drive. Beautiful views, variety of animals, and clean restrooms! We've been to several drive thru safaris (6-7 visits to Fossil Rim [overpriced, overcrowded], Arbuckle Wilderness [run down, not well maintained], and Natural Bridge [beautiful grounds but overpriced]) and this may be our new favorite. Admission is reasonable as well as gift shop prices. We'll be back for sure!
Loved the safari! There were many animals to see and so many came right up to our car to be fed! Was a fun experience!
So much fun! Get extra food and charge your camera up!
