Great fun for the summer!! 1hr 1/2 to 2 hrs.(it took us 2). We called ahead to know to come early before noon. Got a bag of feed each(family of four and with two kids I bought another bag) we used every bit. I've done these before as a kid and I never forgot it. This was my first time here and it was awesome. We went on a Thursday and it was 93 degrees but with the a.c. on and there's lots of trees wasn't a problem at all. And all the animals were ready to greet us, no sitters, or sleepers. We just drove almost 3 hours to get here. We were informed that they are closed due to rain last night. We had no way of knowing they closed when bad weather. The website says 361 days a year. It does NOT say depending on weather. I didn't know there was bad weather here, I don't live here. They don't open until 10:00am. So I couldn't call. We love bringing our daughter here. She loves feeding the animals and it is a fun family experience.
We have been to a few of these and always love the intimate encounters with the animals. Well worth the drive from Tyler and the highlight of our week in Texas.
