The quality of care from the staff and the medical personnel is a joke. When the hours include lunch time, patient should not be turned away by the nurse practitioner because she needs to rush out for her hour and a half lunch. Close during lunch if u need that long if a lunch. Another problem I have is the walk in policy. The staff says they take walk ins but would rather have an appointment.
