Inspector lied about going in my attic, which has a soccer ball sized hole under the shingles, clear as day.. and he filled my bathtub up only 3” and marked it good… which we later find out severely leaks and is unusable. He costed me thousands because of his negligence, verbally degraded me as a woman and took zero responsibility. Inspectors are a dime a dozen. Do not call this one!!
