Canceled my appointment two minutes after it was scheduled tried calling no answer went straight through and hung up
It’s unfortunate the clinic abuses the ER to divert patients from their building during their business hour's. Only for the ER staff to take their frustration of overload of non emergencies, on the actual patient. I think the clinic staff and Hastings staff hate each other almost as much as they hate the patients and their jobs.
If I could give a negative star I would. I am writing to express my disappointment with the midwife I saw today at Hastings Women's Clinic. Her behavior was inconsiderate, and she spoke to me in a manner that made me feel foolish for thinking I had miscarried. Despite my confirmation of the miscarriage, she continued to question me saying "are you sure this all came out of ur yk" as if its not my body and was condescending about my concerns regarding my IUD.
