The actual dental people that work on your teeth are great. It’s the people up front that are rude and bring down the mood. They just treated us rudely and could have cared less. It was like there was no one to supervise them. And this had happened every time we’ve been to the dentist. It’s not a one time thing. Cherokee Nation Dental has become the best place to go to the dentist since Cherokee Nation took over their own healthcare, instead of being served by IHS. They are awesome! My teeth are cleaned and checked every 6 months. All cavities, crowns, etc. are addressed immediately! I love Cherokee nation Healthcare!
If I hadn’t gone to the ER the day after seeing them for a dental emergency I would’ve gone into septic shock. They might be good at dental cleanings but they genuinely don’t care if you’re actually dying. They told me the problem, said I needed a referral and then told me it would be two weeks before I could get said referral. The next day I got sent to Tulsa and spent three days in the hospital trying to get the severe infection under control. They seem caring and compassionate and the dentist who saw my son did an excellent job and gave me clear directions afterwards.
Waited for 4 damn hours to be seen they will let you set there in pain with no care in the world finally just got mad and left this place sucks
