Called 911 because i was in so much pain. I wated three hours had to drive myself to Charlotte. Do not go here if you need help.They dont care .I said my pain was a10 they did not care.

If I could give zero I would!!! This hospital is a joke! They do not treat people with any care, they misdiagnosed and gave medication for something I didn't have. My daughter was tested for a UTI and couldn't get the results after waiting for 3 hours was told after asking 1 time what was going on that if I wanted results I would have to wait! Why is it so hard to find care givers that actually care!?!? This hospital and it's employee's are hands down the worst I have ever experienced in my life! Do Not Recommend!!!

ZERO STARS!!! 7/22/25 CAME TO THE ER 9:45ISH WITH MY 12 YR OLD DAUGHTER SCREAMING CRYING IN PAIN HEAD, STOMACH, EVERYTHING HURTS! IM SITTING OUTSIDE THE ER NOW 12:30 PM HAVENT BEEN SEEN SHE DEVELOPED FEVER WHILE WAITING IN THE LOBBY.STILL, NOTHING WAS DONE! THIS IS A SORRT EXCUSE FOR A EMERGENCY ROOM!

The disrespectful doctors and nurses here will be reported. I am unable to give less than one star unfortunately but I will make sure actions are taken with the terrible bedside manner of the staff at this medical facility. The experience I had with who I’m supposed to trust with my life was nothing short of traumatizing
