After another local company misdiagnosed an issue (a $1200 one, at that) Cherokee Mechanical came out and quickly discovered the actual problem. Cherokee then quickly repaired my unit, as the polar vortex was rapidly approaching our area. They were professional, courteous, and understood how dire the need was to have a working unit. Cherokee Mechanical didn't waste any time getting out for an unexpected service call when our a/c went out. They got it fixed quickly and we've had no issues at all since. Highly recommended!!
They do not care about other businesses. I’ve been trying to get them to come out for a repair and all they can tell me is find some one else. That they would have came to us if they really cared. But they don’t. They never came. Garbage company. Find some one else
Cherokee Mechanical came and helped us about 2 years ago with our AC unit. After getting multiple quotes for over 10K (from other companies) Cherokee Mechanical resolved our problem costing us less than 2K.
