Best home inspectors ever! Very Professional!
I had asked for a full inspection, and on my papers from them it says visual inspection. Never heard of a visual, plus I could do that. I too had an expense of fixing things that they missed.
They were very professional on time happy with the inspection I would definitely recommend to anybody that needs a home inspection.
They missed that the electrical panel was wired wrong with the neutral and the ground connected to the same box. One of the breaker was bad and started sparkling. Sprinkler system not all workibg. Central vacuum was not working because the part that holds the tank in the garage was broken. Washing machibe sensor was broken. Dishwasher soap and light not workibg. Stove smooth service cracked in two places. They are very nice but still made mistake on the report too.
Really nice people who do a good job. They always pick up the phone and have a southern type hospitality. I'm an investor and have used them several times. I do not use anyone else....
