Cherokee Hills started under new management on August 1, 2017. We are amazed at the turn-around the new management has had in just one month! They are doing an excellent job. They are addressing the many maintenance issues in a fast and efficient way. Sadly, things at the complex have been neglected for quite a few years. They have much work ahead of them but are committed to making Cherokee Hills a safe, clean and friendly environment for all their tenants. You will not go wrong renting from them.
this was a horrible place to live the apartment was falling apart the bath tube wouldn't drain the toilet broke it took the manager stacy a week to send some one to fix it even though i told her my apartment was flooded!!! that was better then having to sit in the freezing cold for 2weeks with a baby!!! because again the apartment manager didn't care one Damn bit and yelled and Cused at me for calling her everyday till she finally sent somebody to fix it after my baby and i were sick from being left in the cold this was in t... read more
