I so appreciate the care I receive here. The staff is friendly and helpful. Doctor Brewer shows genuine care and concern that I truly appreciate.
Had to wait an hour to see doctor for s teleconference. RIDICULOUS!!!
They totally changed hands, and ever since the quality has been poorer than poor. Waited a MONTH for a return phone call regarding a very serious medicine matter and my daughter. A Month !! Finally got it, and the nurse tried to say she'd been calling....but I have a caller ID and an answering machine. When I called her on it, she said she didn't have anything else to say and hung up on me. So much for caring abou your patient !!!
Ive been goin for over 2yrs..i think they're good..we are all human..
UPDATE: Marah is still excellent and I've given it one more star because my therapist Dr K is also great. HOWEVER, the receptionists with the exception of one are rude and act very unprofessional over the phone when someone needs to speak to a nurse IMMEDIATELY. One in particular hung up on me. I'm new to this Cherokee and so far they're not making a very good impression. Friendly staff I would highly recommend to family and friends
This company is apparently a doctor development center as there is daily turnover and little or nothing place for patients transition to new doctor.Had almost 10 different doctors in 12 years and of that only two gave me any notification but nothing ever from Cherokee Health Systems. The last to leave was Amy Campbell and only way I found that out was meds were not relayed to drug store and even after finding they had the request in their system for day's. the staff at the Lenoir city location had done NOTHING.
