Absolutely horrendous company. They do not care at all about anyone in this community. Do not go here. Do not support these absolute horrible people.
So far so good staff and doctors are extremely down to earth and helpful! If/When there is a problem or even a question about medication etc. you can message on the patient portal, or call. They will call you back with a swiftness even if you miss their call they keep trying witch is helpful considering all the spam calls. I actually feel like my mental health is in the right hands to get me to where I need to go. The staff of River Valley Health are compassionate and caring. They genuinely care about patients well-being. Would highly recommend this practice.

I was seeking a primary care physcian, I am new to the area. I made an appointment with Briann Lantz. Not only was she kind and caring, she listened and was professional. The staff in the office were also kind, caring and professional. All around my visit was superb.
