This was my first time at this office where I talked to a psychiatrist, actually first time ever. I have been around a great one that my son seen at Cherokee Health Center in Alcoa, Tn. Last name I think at this facility was Ali, First I couldn't understand what he was saying and when I would try to tell him what was going on with me, it just seemed like he heard me but that was it. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Not only were they the best psychologist I've ever seen, I think they were the best health provider I've ever seen. They make everyone else look like they just started practicing yesterday. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I will definitely be returning, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. I know that seeing them will make a huge difference in my recovery. As ... read more
