The staff is so easy to deal with and they make sure your needs are met .
I use to love the practice, but now that my doctor left, im not so sure any more. When I get calls regarding incontinence products for a problem I do not have and never said anything about, I kind of have issues with that. I mean, did the Dr not get out of my chart on the computer before going to the next patient? Worst medical facility I’ve been a patient at I used to love this facility and picked it to be my primary care provider. But then it became very difficult and impractical to be seen here. More providers are needed or less patients. I can’t get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Most of the time I am told the next appointment is a month away, and sometimes they even say they can’t book any appointments because nothing is available for months. Ive been going here and the prior location for about 5 years I guess. Dr. Brudecki has been outstanding. What makes a facility is its doctor/doctors and staff. Dr. Brudecki does everything she can to help in anyway. Ive never felt rushed in the least. Its like she has all day when in reality she's very busy. One of the worse things a dr can do is to give the patient the feeling they're in a hurry..She is caring and has a sweet personality. I have never had a bad experience from any of the staff.
