Most online reviews are either "fantastic" or "sucks". This one is a little different & focuses on what is most important in choosing a service company. Anybody can make a mistake, but how they handle the aftermath is what you need to judge them by. June of 2020 I had Cherokee Farms completely replace all 4 brake assemblies on my 5th wheel after 175K miles on the original set. They got us in right away, diagnosed our issue with our Aqua Hot system, and fixed it all within a few hours. The owner was very knowledgeable.

Had some work done at Cherokee Farms RV Center in Foley AL - sent there by Tiffin Service to also do some warranty work. The owner Bobby and the front desk manager, Glenda are the best WOW!!!! Went above and beyond - we had a great experience and highly recommend. Bobby and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, customer friendly and will answer all of you questions and more. Had a problem with the bedroom slide on my trailer. One of the cables was frayed, and it was completely out of adjustment. Service guys came out to the park, but couldn’t get it adjusted. Took it in to their shop , where they replaced the cable and made all adjustments needed. Couldn’t be more satisfied with Cherokee Farms RV center.
Had electrical problems with our RV while vacationing at Terra Bella RV Resort and they recommended Cherokee Farms RV Center. We gave them a call. They initially worked with us over the phone to help us troubleshoot. We got the next available appointment time. The service men. Showed up a little early. Worked expeditiously and got us up and running in no time. While they were here they helped me figure out how to program and work our new tv. They did excellent work and provided great customer service.
Called Cherokee farms with a norcool refrigerator not working after a rain storm the nite before. Much to my surprise the man on the phone talked me thru what I needed to do to fix my refrigerator with a hairdryer and a magnet. Free and accurate information! This company is nothing but honest and trustworthy. Next time I’m in the area and need something repaired there is no question where my coach is going. Thank very much!
