What a great experience. Salesperson Craig was awesome to deal with. Very professional and patient and knows his stuff. Alan the finance manager was great as well and really took care of me on a service agreement. Which is a must in today's world of technology. The owner even came over and greeted us, very professional. Very well trained and professional group, will definitely buy from again. Head straight to Cherokee Cycles they will do you right.

My husband bought a preowned bike there yesterday. Craig Bouknight was super nice, knowledgeable and forthcoming. The storefront and shop was clean, well stocked and just cool. They entire staff were awesome!

Replace service staff!! I Took my 2018 Roadmaster on 19 August for a gear position sensor recall. Dropped it off a day early for my convenance to pick up the following day. I asked Mark (In service) to check the tires and brakes for me because the rear brakes were making a groaning noise when I applied the brakes. Mark asked me if I wanted the 10000 service which I turned down. When I picked up my bike I was told that the recall was finished and every thing was fine.
