Excellent in-office care, but service goes well beyond that. A couple of months ago we had an after hours emergency with our dog. I called the office and the recorded message gave me the emergency number. After calling and leaving a message, Dr. McGuire promptly called me back and consulted over the phone. He said to call him back if he needed to see us. We were able to resolve the situation, but Dr. McGuire had his staff call back the next day to check on our dog! He is a very kind, caring man.
Even though we had a very sad ending, I highly recommend Dr. Stephens. We visited him several times over the past month and he did everything he could to help my sweet baby. This includes putting a feeding tube in on New Years Eve and meeting us on New Years Day so we could take her home. I'm sure that's not how he wanted to spend those days but he still took his time and explained everything to us and answered any questions we had. Staff is friendly and professional, very helpful,giving advice and answering questions. Parking virtually at the front door and the facility is modern and clean. Inventory of specialized products and no hard sell. We have made 5 visits with two different dogs and could not ask for anything more.
Dr.Stevens and staff were excellent in treating my dog Rocky. He has the best 'bedside' manner and kind staff. I was visiting from out of town and he took us right in. I highly recommend him
We moved here from IL. and have had a great experience at the Pet Clinic. All of the staff was so helpful, and Dr. Stephens, is great. Our dogs have had a problem with their skin, lose of hair , sores. We went to another Vet. and he just kept giving them shots and pills that did not help. Dr. Stephens worked on both of them, with meds and shampo and after 4 days I already see something happening. Thank You.... What a relief. to know they are going to be ok....
