This is Cherokee County’s local DHEC. It’s provided many services to many local and surrounding South Carolina residents. It’s celebrating 50 years of service. I do appreciate the forward advancement of changing with technology!

The people and customer service were outstanding!! My review would have been 5 stars if it were about the employees. The building however smells like dirty cat litter. It’s unacceptable to have a place that is supposed to be providing its community with health care to smell so unsanitary!!! I don’t know if it’s a sewage problem but it needs to be addressed immediately!!! All of the employees that work there are exceptionally kind and helpful. My favorite is always Annette “my step-mom!” I have to go to the Health Department every three months to get my Depo Shot. So far so good.
