They did a terrible job on the roofing n siding. Drop nail over the lawn, cut siding to short, right in the front of the porch. I would not recommend them to anyone. Lots of bad work.
Cherokee installed siding and spouting for me several years ago and they did a horrific job. I chose a vertical siding and it took forever to have it installed. Come to find out they had never done a full house in vertical. The drip edge on our newly installed roof was damaged and Cherokee denied doing the damage. As for the spouting, it has leaked since day one and is poorly connected at the connections and corners. I called the company and the owner came out. He found nothing wrong. They put a metal roof on my elderly Mom's house in January 2017and by June 2017 she had water entering her home thru the new roof. She contacted them several times in four months with no one coming to fix or look at the problem. She is currently going thru her attorney to get Cherokee to fix the leaky roof. SHAME ON YOU CHEROKEE CONSTRUCTION!!! ABSOLUTELY POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!! I wouldn't recommend these contractors!
BE CAREFUL very unprofessional full of excuses. Did not show up for appointments NO CALL NO SHOW!!! I had to call them They tried to make up a bunch of different storys such as did not want to drive to Delaware, Oh. Said they talked to me before. Said something about a three window minimum??? (My house and almost every house I know has more than 3 windows.) owner has pneumonia. I dont know which if any are true but they sure are RUDE!
They put a hole in our copper pipe going to our AC unit while istalling our roof. Not only have they refused to help pay for the damage but the salesman, Joe, has been downright nasty. Do not trust this guy. I will NEVER use them again and I will make sure everyone I know finds out how this company works!!!
