This is a bad place for delivery! Everything is very slow, the managers organize the work poorly!
Flatbed unload is very slow and there's very poor communication from the office to what's going on in the yard with forklift drivers. I would probably decline a load going here again
DRIVERS STAY AWAY. They do not care about your time. Sat inside lot waiting to get unloaded at 7am. They didnt start unloading until after 10. Horrible place

I had a job that needed a specific kind of ceiling tile. I called Cherokee and got a hold of Luke at sales. I explained what I needed. He said that they do not have anything like that in stock, but he could order it. I was hesitant because it was very expensive per box roughly $750 a box But I needed it regardless. I ended up purchasing it Over the phone trusting what was being ordered is what I was needing. it took two weeks for it to come in and after picking it up, I discovered it was the wrong ceiling tile.
