I took my (embarrassingly dirty) vehicle in for an interior and exterior cleaning today. They did an OUTSTANDING job! My car literally looks like new inside and the outside was so clean and shiny! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back regularly from now on. Thank you so much! �

My son took my car yesterday to get washed and I noticed today that a bracelet was stolen from around my gear shifter. The bracelet was rubber and not worth anything to the average person but has loads of sentimental value to me. I called to ask about it and they didn't seem to care and also told me it was okay to post this. Cool! Customer NO service!
I Had an appointment and they took it right in. They called to say they were done within two hours. My Truck is 16 years old but it made it look a lot newer. I wanted to mainly just protect against weather. I didn't expect it to look this good, but was really happy with appearance.
Well after a recent truck wash at Cherokee auto spa my driver side floor mat was not returned to the truck. I went back immediately after noticing it was missing and they could not find it. Spoke with manager on duty and he took down my info. Said owner would call me. A week later no call so I stopped in again. Same manager with same excuses. Owner doesn't seem to care about customer service. Didn't offer to replace or a wash to cover the replacement I got. Watch out for this place.
Better than we anticipated. Getting more than you expect for your money is always a pleasant surprise !
These guys did a great job on my Moms car today! Her car is 11 years old and it came out looking new!��
