Though my heart is broken, I must say that the staff and Dr Jenkins were so kind today. I called this morning and they got me in within 2 hours (probably may have been sooner but this COVID has us all doing the best we can). We had to say goodbye to our Millie today but their understanding was amazing. Dr Bryant saw my Millie 2/3 weeks ago and took great care of her then. I met Dr Jenkins for the first time and she was very caring for not really knowing us. Thank you for taking care of our needs today.
We cannot say enough about the loving, kind, caring, compassionate and thorough Staff at Cherokee Animal Hospital!! We are only sad that we did not change over to them a long time ago for our geriatric Kitty!! From day one, they started an excellent daily regimen for the health and stability of our then 18-year old Tuxedo Kitty named Hawky. They continue to properly medicate him for hypothyroidism, chronic kidney disease, chronic pain and arthritis, chronic nausea, and feline allergy. My dog Max was randomly Ill and needed to be monitored for the day after going to the emergency vet the day before. We called them because our current vet didn’t have the capability. Needless to say they were amazing during this crazy time. They were so sensitive to our feelings about leaving max alone when we couldn’t fully “meet” them. They updated me often and checked up with us often even the next day. We will be moving all of our pets to them now for how amazing we were treated and how professional they are!
I've been going to Cherokee Animal Hospital for a number of years and they have been very professional, good and caring with and for our dog. I'll continue to use their services again and again. The only change I would make is I wish they had a grooming service so I could use that as well.
