Best place in Louisville for your fur babies. The staff is amazing. I've been taking my Shadow here for years & they are always so helpful, patient and gentle! My mother-in-law recently had to make the choice of putting two of her furbabies down at the same time. The entire staff at Cherokee went above & beyond to help her through a really tough time. They sent a personalized condolence card to her house with Minnie & Mickey's (her furbabies) paw print inside! They care for your pets like they are theirs!
The Cherokee staff always take great care of our canine family member. Even coming back to the office to re-examine our girl after surgery. From last-minute emergency appointments to routine care, these folks take care of their patients.
Both of my cats (rescued) go here as well as my wild Australian Shepard puppy. They handle them amazing, 2/3 fixed here, groomed,boarded and they do the normal checkups, they’re reasonable, professional, affectionate and easy to reschedule/schedule with. I’m so thankful to have someone care for them just as I wish I could! Trust them with your babies, they’re amazing ❤️
Dr.Grace and staff always take great care of my cats. I've been going there for over 25 years. I trust them implicitly!
I have been bringing my pets here for years. Everyone who works there is so sweet and understanding. I am always confident that I will get the best possible advice for what my critters may need. I recommend them to anyone who asks. In fact, at the moment, I cross the bridge from Jeffersonville to go here rather than somewhere closer to my house.
