We are a mixed animal practice specializing in small and large animals, as well as exotics. we offer a complete laboratory, surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, radiography, large animal working pens and all exotic species. Our staff is very professional and compassionate to all of our patients. Dr. Anthony Holcomb opened Cherokee Animal Clinic in 1993. Dr. Prachyl joined us in 2010. Wonderful place! We (me + three young children) visited for our puppy’s initial exam. We were there an hour and it only felt like 10 minutes! Amazing! No waiting and no rushing.

Here at Ford Farms Lazy Goat Acres we would like to thank the doctors and entire office staff for all their help with our goats needs. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain things to me so that I understand them. They care about our animals as much as we do. They also take care of our LGD (livestock guardian dogs)and cats, oh and don’t forget our guardian llama 🦙. Wonderful people! Thank you so much.

Today I found a poor squirrel in the middle of the road that was injured. Didn’t have the heart to just leave it there, but due to time wasn’t able to run it to my work. So I called these folks up. They were so sweet and took this baby in to hopefully rehab if able but if not would be able to euthanize so it wouldn’t suffer anymore. So very thankful to the sweet ladies here who helped this little baby just from the kindness of their hearts! Love when peoples hearts shine even through a phone call!!!
