They worked me in when no one else would. They helped my dog immensely. I am grateful.
Had a wonderful experience with bringing in a neighborhood (feral) kitty for a checkup. The vet techs were so sweet and gentle with him even though he was very scared and hissing. They clearly knew how to work with this kind of animal and were well-trained on how to handle them. The Veterinarian was really caring and gentle with him as well.
