This physician is the worst! He shows no empathy for his patients. All he is interested in is getting your money and could care less about how you feel once he has it!!!!! Go to any other plastic surgeon and you will be happy you did!
My 3 active children all have been treated by Dr. Cherofsky for stitches in the ER. from the initial call to his office for an emergency or an appointment the office staff is truly amazing. Dr Cherofsky has an incredible bedside manner. I have seen it in the ER and in his office how wonderful he is. Dr Cherofsky has a special gift and hands of gold. I would wait days for this gifted and wonderful Doctor knowing that my family is going to get the best care. Dr.Cherofsky is a blessing to my family
Waiting for 1 hour and 30 min for an appt. is unacceptable and when you ask the receptionist why, they should not be RUDE and they should give you the option of rescheduling if you don't want to or can't wait!! This happened to my daughter today in Dr. Cherofsky's office. She was finally seen for a 5 min. consultation. I called the office to tell them that how they treated her was unprofessional, they could not care less. She just wanted to get off of the phone!
