Even before getting an appointment, this office is beyond ridiculous! Tried to obtain a wellness/preventative care visit for a dependent that would soon turn 18. For those that don’t know, these types of visits are allowed by insurance once a year. At this visit, you as a member do not pay a copay. This doesn’t mean the office/doctor will not get paid. Insurance (which I pay the premium) will still pay the doctor but I as the patient will not pay the copay during that office visit. The office manager told me that only the do... read more

BEWARE STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A DOCTORS OFFICE TO TREAT YOU LIKE A HUMANBEING. THEY DO NOT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE JUST GETTING MONEY FROM YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY
