DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. SLUM LORDS WHO DO NOT FOLLOW CONTRACT. Living with broken amenities for 11 months- finally had a repair man come fix in the final month of living there. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and outright horrible people
so far... the not picking up phone part is real. I probably called 3 times on 3 separate days. And haven't been able to reach them.
Superintendent working and living in 151 east 81st has serious attitude and extremely rude to tenants living in the building - the management should really look into it and investigate how the superintendent can act like the way he does.
I live in one of their buildings And I am counting down the days until my lease is up. Currently do not have hot water and they can’t give me a date for when it will be fixed. This is the second time in a month we haven’t had hot water with no reason why other than “it’s a machine and things break.” The maintance team does not care about fixing the building and HRM does not take reposnsibilty for the unit.
