Evelyn took my blood sample today and she was amazing and I didn’t feel a thing! I’m not a fan of needles (who is?), but her kindness and calming presence had me completely at ease. She has such a gentle touch and you can tell she genuinely cares for her patients. Turns out we were both wearing evil eye jewellery (protection against bad vibes) maybe that’s why it was such a smooth experience… Or maybe it’s just that Evelyn is pure magic at her job! Thank you, Evelyn 🧿

Just checked in to see my Doctor. Running late, no big deal, but reception lady, don’t be condescending when asked if they might know when we might be seen. How do we know if he’s seeing the patient before or is running 2 patients behind schedule. And how do we know if he’s seeing someone for a long or short consultation. It’s your job to think how your response might be beneficial or not. Do better. We ask, not to annoy you, but allow ourselves to manage our time.

Clinic is great very friendly stuff, great services overall, however the pathology area is terrible, the person in charge always is late and always take up 45 min per person to do a simple blood test

Clean modern clinic with compassionate caring staff. The clinic is clean modern and has a very welcoming feel. The reception staff are attentive and are always very helpful. My partner and I both see Dr Harry Robertson and Dr Karen Yew, both of whom provide exceptional care. They both take the time to listen to your concerns and offer comprehensive care beyond the basics. We also appreciate the clinic’s convenient location, complete with free, undercover onsite parking, making each visit smooth and stress-free.
