I've been here for about 1 1/2 years. The grounds are kept up, the landscaping is beautiful The people are very nice, like family . The staff, Tom, Nichole, Camile and the others are very nice. Proffesional, friendly. and accommodating. I'm very happy to be here.

I helped my parents move in to the Cheriton Grove building and I have to say that the manager Tom C and his assistant Whitley G were amazing and very professional. They went above and beyond to make the process smooth and efficient. Definitely five stars service

I have lived here at Cheriton Grove For a year and a half. I have never been happier in all the apartments I have lived in. I have lived in three other apartments in my lifetime in and around the Boston area. First to speak of the staff …..I can’t say enough about the people who run these buildings. From Tom that manager to Nicole and Kamille, Who Are ever present to handle any of my needs whether it be maintenance issues or social service issues. They are the kindest people I’ve ever met.
