I had a walk in appointment today with Max, Nurse Assistant and was treated very professionally. She was thorough and treated me nicely. I am happily to write this review. Outstanding service!
Worthless I'm 69 and they wanted 54 year old medical records to provide my medication I've been on since I was a kid. My testosterone is that of an 10 year old causing loss of energy and serious depression. Their answer, I don't prescribe testosterone. I asked for a referral and they didn't have any idea who to refer me to. That if I know someone they would be happy to refer me. If I knew someone I would be seeing them and not this place.
Dr. Patti is a caring doctor who puts patients at ease with her calm and professional demeanor. Her credentials and experience instills confidence and peace that all that can be done will be done. I am so glad she is in Flagstaff! She is a star in my book!
