I lived at one of Cherise’s properties and it was the worst rental experience I ever had. My electricity barely functioned, there was water appearing on the floor every morning. When I moved in the yard was covered in trash and dog poop. The walls were full of holes. The odor in the rental was unbearable. Nobody ever did a thing to help, and I had to threaten to sue in order to be released from my lease and to get my deposit back. This was a two month rental experience.
