My Son recommended Dean Ziegler as he had a good experience while ordering a range and refrigerator. Sorry to say that wasn't the case with me. When they called for delivery of a range i mentioned the condo had stairs leading to the kitchen with white carpet. Dean said WHAT DO YOU EXPECT for a free delivery a white glove experience? I told him I was just asking that the delivery men be cautious of the carpet and cover the stairs...it went on from there with him yelling at me.
