They may be good realtors, but they are horrible landlords. I have rented my home for seven years. Cherie Miller and associates took over the management of my triplex about 4 years ago. In that time, I have had a few repairs come up that have been completely ignored. I needed a new smoke detector, the hood over my stove shorted out, part of my ceiling collapsed in, and my septic system was backing up into my bathtub. Affordable rentals/Cherie Miller Real Estate I curently rent from Cherie Miller and I find the office to lack any professionalism. I have requested repairs that many times require assistance from the health department and other public agencies. They do not fix critical utilities until they have to; 30 dayy max law allownace; and they call you names and make you out to be the bad persson. I would not rent from this company again if they were the only company. I would rather live in the desert with no home than to put up with ... read more

So far-so BAD!!! I am thinking that you must look a certain way, drive a Hummer, or wear certain brand name clothing to rent a place with these folks...Hmmmm? I have been treated with snobbery and aloofness since dealing with this company (I think they have forgotten that they live in the Yucca too)! We haven't gotten a straight answer since we walked in! They do not call back or let you know where you stand in the application process. They are so very very RUDE... It is almost like I am being punished for having the audacit... read more
